Great selection of caravans and knowledgeable and friendly staff

It would be quicker to write a few words along the lines of: a wonderful service, no hassle and helpful. However, I just don’t think that would do my experience justice. It was all of those things, but so much more. I was looking for a Static caravan that was to be, our new home. Right or wrongly, I had considered the caravan world to be similar to the car world; a male dominated environment. So, needless to say, I was a little bit worried. I had been looking for a caravan for two days, before I noticed Lincolnshire Leisure’s sign as I whizzed past. By this time, all of the caravans that I had seen, were merging into one! I wasn’t going to turn back around, and it took me half a mile or more to decide. However, I am really, REALLY glad that I did. Liam and Lee was really helpful. I knew the kind of thing that I was looking for, and it was clear from the beginning of our conversations, that They knew there stuff about caravans, cared a lot about the business, and it wasn’t all about the money for them. I was with my two young, lovely and wild children and Liam was understanding of that. He spoke to both of them like the two little human beings that they are. As a mother, I felt completely at ease and comfortable discussing the caravan, whilst my children did children things. There was no expectation for them to sit still and be quiet. At no point did I feel like I was being ‘sold to’, and there was no pestering or pressure, at all. I went away and returned the next day, undecided between two. It was between a 2004 (Lincolnshire Leisure’s) and a 2015 model, else where. I mention this, because, many people would assume a newer model is better and go for that one, like I was doing. My decision to go for the older caravan here, was because of the confidence I had in what I was buying from Lincolnshire Leisure, their collective knowledge, being fairly local and knowing that the service probably wouldn’t stop, if I encountered a problem once the caravan had been delivered. The caravan itself is WONDERFUL! So, so clean and well presented. New carpet throughout - I almost did not want to let my children and doggies in! It is truly lovely. So, THANK YOU. Thank you for selling me such a lovely caravan, but also for providing such a lovely experience, which was incredibly refreshing.

From initial contact through to the delivery of our caravan Liam was great. There was no pressure at any time which was great. Very profesional service, great communication throughout. The LPG boiler did not work and they asked me to get a local engineer in to fix and they footed the bill, couldnt ask for more! Highly reccomend.

With a range of stock to match any budget, all the caravans are reasonably priced... so no need to worry about being ripped off! Fast, no hassle delivery within days of ordering. Excellent service from beginning to end!!
